Transportation Arrangements for Event Participants

We are delighted to provide detailed information regarding the transportation arrangements designed to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for all attendees staying in official event accommodation in Kaunas.
Accreditation Cards for Public Transport All participants residing in designated official event hotels will receive accreditation cards, which will grant complimentary access to the entire public transportation network within Kaunas city for the duration of the event. This includes unlimited use of buses, trolleybuses, and other municipal transport services, enabling you to travel conveniently to event venues and explore the city at your leisure.
Distribution of Accreditation Cards Participants arriving at Kaunas Airport: Your accreditation card will be provided upon arrival at Kaunas Airport. Event staff will be stationed at the airport to distribute the cards and assist with your transfer to the official hotels. Participants arriving at Vilnius Airport: Your accreditation card will be provided upon check-in at your designated official event hotel in Kaunas. Please ensure you collect your card from the hotel reception to access the complimentary public transport services.
Airport and Hotel Transfers For your convenience, transfers between Kaunas Airport and the official event hotels will be facilitated using Kaunas’ reliable public transportation system. Similarly, transportation between the official hotels and the event venue will also be arranged via public transport. For participants arriving at Vilnius Airport, transfers to Kaunas and the official hotels will be coordinated, with further details provided closer to the event date. Schedules and instructions for all transfers will be shared with participants in advance to ensure smooth coordination. Please note that these arrangements apply exclusively to participants staying in the designated official event accommodations. We encourage you to take full advantage of Kaunas’ efficient and environmentally friendly public transportation system, which provides a convenient and sustainable way to navigate the city.
